I live in Melbourne, Australia, am married with two kids (a son and a daughter) and a fur baby.
What do you do at Rev-Trac?
I joined Rev-Trac in 2010 and work in the support and customer success team, managing the Customer Support Portal, providing technical support and assistance to our customers. This involves troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and answering technical questions related to the software.
I also help our Rev-Trac consultants with any technical assistance during their customer engagements and assist with Rev-Trac’s integrations with other products such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Engaging with people and assisting them to solve issues or finding solutions to problems.
What kind of music do you like?
Indian music, Pop music.

My grandparents inspire me the most. They were loving, caring, hardworking.
