Tell us a little about yourself
I grew up in Malaysia. During the dot-com boom, I left to work in California as an SAP ABAP programmer for several years. After giving birth to our first child, my husband and I moved back to Malaysia but years later, we decided to move to the beautiful city of Melbourne to bring up our very young children.
What do you do at Rev-Trac?
I am responsible for publishing and maintaining all Rev-Trac configuration and user guides in the Rev-Trac Support Portal. As part of the QA team, I am involved in Rev-Trac testing which includes reviewing, executing and automating test scripts. I am also responsible for creating and publishing release notes for each software release at the end of the development cycle.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
To be able to provide documentations that could assist customers in finding the right information and quick solutions related to Rev-Trac.
What kind of music do you like?
Sentimental and Pop.
