Customer Success Consultant (Senior SAP Basis) – EU Based

Rev-Trac and Revelation Software Concepts is hiring a Senior SAP Change Control Customer Success Consultant to support enterprise customers across SAP S/4HANA and RISE environments.
This is a customer-facing, hands-on role for an experienced SAP Basis professional, with a Process Background, who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and working closely with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Basis expertise for Transport Change Management across SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE
- Lead solution design and implementation with customers and external Basis teams
- Act as the primary customer contact for implementations and support
- Manage delivery against KPIs and SLAs
- Proactively improve system performance, stability, and automation
- Resolve complex technical issues and support UAT and customer training as needed
- Support the Sales-Team with Pre-Sales Demos and at Conferences
- Creating Statement of Works
Required Experience
- 7+ years of SAP Basis administration
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE, and cloud environments
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP TMS, ChaRM (preferred), CTS+, and SAP on HANA
- Familiarity with SAP BTP and Cloud ALM
- Experience in regulated environments and ITIL-based practices
Requirements
- EU citizen or permanent resident with full working rights
- Fluent English (German advantageous)
- Able to work remotely and independently
- Willing to support flexible hours during initial training (early starts – late nights) during the initial training period (roughly 4 months)
- Flexible to travel (Domestic & International)
- Very good Presentation and rhetorical Skills and Professional appearance
