Using a combination of SharePoint lists, customized SAP tools, spreadsheets, and other manual tools had become time-consuming and required more human effort as Swagelok evolved into a $2bn company with 20 manufacturing facilities.
A key issue the company had to resolve was transport sequencing for complex changes or projects. Rev-Trac’s automated dependency and sequencing checks on all objects allow the SAP IT Team to safely migrate transports quickly and minimize the risk of applications breaking in production.
