bekannte Angst, \u00fcber die alle sprechen \u2013 die Angst, dass eine einzelne \u00c4nderung das Produktivsystem lahmlegen kann. Doch hinter dieser Sorge steckt noch eine weitere, pers\u00f6nliche Angst: die Bef\u00fcrchtung, dass sich eine \u00c4nderung negativ auf die Person auswirken k\u00f6nnte, die f\u00fcr ihre Steuerung oder Umsetzung verantwortlich ist. <\/p><p>Change Management hat daher eine doppelte Natur \u2013 es umfasst technische und organisatorische Komponenten (die Auswirkungen auf Menschen). Diese Dualit\u00e4t ist bei der Migration auf S\/4HANA entscheidend. Der Erfolg h\u00e4ngt davon ab, beide Aspekte zu steuern: also sicherzustellen, dass das System funktioniert, und gleichzeitig die Menschen auf eine neue Arbeitsweise vorzubereiten.   <\/p><p>In diesem Blog erl\u00e4utere ich die Bedeutung von Change Management bei einer S\/4HANA-Umstellung \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob Sie f\u00fcr das Upgrade einen Brownfield-, Greenfield- oder Hybrid-Ansatz w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-592f50c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"592f50c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-20af646 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"20af646\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">S\/4HANA \u2013 nur ein weiteres Upgrade?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0592d02 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0592d02\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-55452b5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"55452b5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eine S\/4HANA-Migration ist technisch gesehen \u201enur ein weiteres\u201c Upgrade. Gleichzeitig ist sie jedoch deutlich komplexer als fr\u00fchere SAP-Upgrades. <\/p><p>Es handelt sich um ein komplexes Projekt mit vielen unterschiedlichen Ebenen. Die Umstellung beginnt bei m\u00f6glicher neuer Hardware zur Unterst\u00fctzung der In-Memory-Datenbank, umfasst die Bewertung von Business-Funktionalit\u00e4ten und stellt sicher, dass kundeneigener Code mit S\/4HANA kompatibel ist. <\/p><p>M\u00f6gliche \u00c4nderungen im SAP Kernel sind erheblich. In vielen F\u00e4llen ist es nicht m\u00f6glich, bestehenden Legacy-ECC-Code einfach weiter auszuf\u00fchren. Zudem f\u00f6rdert SAP den Wechsel zu Cloud-Services, wodurch hybride Landschaften h\u00e4ufiger werden \u2013 was S\/4HANA-Migrationen zus\u00e4tzlich verkomplizieren kann.  <\/p><p>Das Ergebnis sind lang laufende Umstellungsprojekte, bei denen zwei Jahre vom Projektstart bis zum Go-live keine Seltenheit sind. In dieser Zeit steht die Organisation nicht still \u2013 der t\u00e4gliche Betrieb l\u00e4uft weiter. Andere SAP-Application-Lifecycle-Ereignisse, wie Support Packages in der Produktivlandschaft, m\u00fcssen parallel abgewickelt werden, und es ist unm\u00f6glich, die Arbeit an neuer Funktionalit\u00e4t in Ihren Legacy-ECC-Systemen zu stoppen.  <\/p><p>Eine Umstellung erfordert eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Planung und das gleichzeitige Management von technischen und gesch\u00e4ftlichen Abl\u00e4ufen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e604f2d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e604f2d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b245bdb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b245bdb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">SAP-\u00c4nderungen optimieren<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8765a2c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8765a2c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a77e0df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a77e0df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Change Management vereint zwei Elemente: technische \u00c4nderungen und organisatorische Ver\u00e4nderungen. Obwohl ich mich auf technische \u00c4nderungen konzentriere, darf die Bedeutung organisatorischer Faktoren nicht untersch\u00e4tzt werden \u2013 und beides l\u00e4sst sich in der Praxis nicht wirklich getrennt behandeln. <\/p>\n<p>Bei der Umstellung auf S\/4HANA m\u00fcssen Sie Folgendes ber\u00fccksichtigen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ihren Change-Prozess<\/li>\n<li>Wie Sie den Change-Prozess \u00fcberwachen<\/li>\n<li>Laufende Anleitung und Aufsicht f\u00fcr das technische Team<\/li>\n<li>Automatisierung, wo immer m\u00f6glich<\/li>\n<li>Ob Sie die volle Unterst\u00fctzung des Top-Managements haben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. Change-Prozess<br>Ein klar definierter Change-Prozess ist entscheidend. Wichtig ist: Es gibt keinen Ansatz nach dem Motto \u201eone size fits all\u201c.
